>> Hectic. >> Fun.
[LAUGH] >> So we have five kids. Matt age eight, Adam age seven,
Neil age six and then, Anna’s three, and Derick is two. [MUSIC] >> I’m Beth Hoyt and
this is my husband, Matt. We’re from New Richmond, Ohio,
which is just outside of Cincinnati. A typical day for us would be
waking up about six in the morning, getting the kids ready for school,
and heading out the door by 7:10. And after school we usually come home, eat dinner by 4:30 because we have
to be at practice by five or 5:30.

>> Pretty much every night of the week
there’s either a practice or a game or multiple practices, multiple games.

Prior to the Transit we had a mini van and
it was basically packed beyond belief. >> We have to put the kids in and
then pack around them a little bit. >> [LAUGH] But with this vehicle,
we have plenty of trunk space back here. And for bigger trips,
if we have a lot of extra stuff to take, we can always pop out one of these seats
or all these seats if need be, and have more than enough trunk space in here. You talk about trying to get kids
into car seats in a minivan or an SUV where you’re always bending over. Whereas this we can walk right in,
stand right up, set them down in the seat without any
problem and it’s just a whole lot easier. >> We can get all the way to the back
without having to climb over any seat. My favorite thing about the isle is it
keeps Anna separated from everybody else. [LAUGH]
>> Nobody can be next to her. I mean, I think the biggest thing we were
looking for is, something that would not only house our whole family comfortably,
but add an extra couple seats. And that’s when we started
looking at the Transit, and when she test drove it,
she was sold within five minutes. >> Driving this car for the first time, I felt I had enough power to get me
comfortably to where I needed to go. When I turn, I don’t feel like I have
to make a wide angle to make that turn. I’ve been testing it and
taking different routes and hills versus not,
to see what mileage we get. With the back roads where we live, you’re
constantly going up and down hills, and accelerating, decelerating, and yeah,
I was pretty excited about the 15. [LAUGH] The windows go down so low, so you feel like you can still see
as much I did in the minivan. I was really excited about
the vinyl floor actually.

That was one of the huge things that I was
like, that’s awesome, because spills and dirt just wipe right off of it. Kids love the Transit [LAUGH],
they are very excited about it. First day we got it they came running out
to it, thought it was the coolest thing. They could stand up in the car. The SYNC does help keep
the focus more on the road. I use it quite often. It does make me keep my phone away. >> As a family man, you got to
appreciate all the safely features that are available on it, the side canopy
airbags and the front airbags. Safety has to be a major factor
in any major purchase, I feel. There’s room to move. Everyone has enough space at this point. If your travel is easier everybody, gets to the destination
in a little better mood. A little happier and,
you know, it’s just easier. Life’s easier.
